Dark Chocolate Nut Balls are a healthy snack for kids as well as adults. It has a lot of antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties! They can also help lower blood pressure and improve blood flow to both the brain and heart. The nuts which I have used are also very important brain foods! This works very well for kids because this is a fun way for kids to eat dark chocolate and all these healthy nuts! So why don’t you try this dark chocolate nut balls at home and give a sweet treat to your family!

Furthermore, I would like to share some of my suggestions for making perfect dark chocolate nut balls. Firstly, chop all the nuts into small pieces. Or place all the nuts in a food processor and pulse quickly. They should be broken up into smaller bits and pieces but don’t powder it. Finally, you can store it in the refrigerator for several days. But bring it to room temperature for about 10 mins. before serving.

Serves 6    Dark Chocolate is very good for our health because it has a lot of antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties! They can also help to lower blood pressure and improve blood flow to both the brain and heart. The nuts which I have used are also very important brain foods!   1. dark chocolate -100g
  2. almonds -30g
  3. walnuts -30g
  4. pecans -30g
  5. pistachios -30g
  6. powdered sugar -2 tbsp
  7. ghee -1 tsp
  8. sugar candies for garnising          Instructions
  9. Chop all the nuts into small pieces and keep it aside.
  10. Place the pieces of dark chocolate in a microwave bowl and microwave it on high for about 1 & 1/2 mins or until melted.
  11. Then combine the chopped nuts and mix well with the melted chocolate.
  12. Also add the powdered sugar, mix well until combined.
  13. Place a sheet of aluminium foil on a plate.
  14. Then divide the chocolate mixture in an equal parts and place them on the foil plate in half inch gap and cover the plate with cling film.
  15. Keep it in the refrigerator for about 20 to 25 mins or until firm.
  16. Grease your hand with ghee and again roll the chocolate balls.
  17. If it is dry, place it in the microwave for 10 seconds only and then roll it.
  18. If it is not firm, keep it in the refrigerator for another 10 mins. and then roll it.
