Baby Corn Fry
Basically, this baby corn fry is eaten as an evening snack or perhaps as a side dish for your lunch. While the recipe for baby corn fry is extremely simple, furthermore, I would like to add some suggestions. Firstly, try to use young and tender baby corns to this recipe. Secondly, if your baby corns are bigger in size then cut them in half and then use it. If the gravy is thick, add some water and adjust the salt and spice as needed.
You can also add 1 tbsp of yogurt or 1 tsp of fresh lemon juice in the batter. Then if you have plain breadcrumbs, then add some salt, red chili powder and Italian herbs. Finally, don’t flip the baby corns as soon as you put it in the oil. Fry for one minute and then turn the other side and fry until they become golden brown.
