Carrot And Coconut Juice (Brain food)

Ingredients
- 300 grams Carrot
- 1/2 cup Grated Coconut
- 2 cups, divided Water
- to taste Sugar
Instructions
- Clean, peel and then cut the carrots in to medium size.
- Combine the carrot pieces, grated coconut, water (1 cup) and sugar in a blender jar and blend it for about 2 mins or until pulverized.
- Then strain the juice by using a metal strainer or muslin cloth and extract all the juice.
- Again do the same process by adding remaining 1 cup of water.
- Now pour the carrot coconut juice into a serving glass and serve it immediately (If you want, add some ice cubes) to get more vitamins!
