Coconut milk is a lactose-free milk so it can be used as a milk substitute for those who have a milk allergy. Finally, carrots get their color from carotenoids. Carrots are also highly nutritious and cleansing because of their high fiber content.

It also helps to repair broken down tissues and grow back even stronger the muscles after exercising. Carrot juice helps to prevent Alzheimer's disease and also helps to improve your memory power.   1. 300 grams carrot
  2. 1/2 cup grated coconut
  3. 2 cups of water, divided
  4. sugar to taste          Instructions
  5. Clean, peel and then cut the carrots in to medium size.
  6. Combine the carrot pieces, grated coconut, water (1 cup) and sugar in a blender jar and blend it for about 2 mins or until pulverized.
  7. Then strain the juice by using a metal strainer or muslin cloth and extract all the juice.
  8. Again do the same process by adding remaining 1 cup of water.
