Chocolate chip cookies, the classic and also a healthy snack that everyone loves. It’s hard and crisp on the outside and has chewy sweet texture on the inside. We made this tasty snack even better by using coconut oil instead of butter. Coconut oil is also high in natural saturated fats. It not only increases the healthy cholesterol (HDL) in your body but also helps to convert bad cholesterol (LDL) into good cholesterol. It also helps to promote heart health and lower high triglycerides. It also improves memory power and brain function. That is the main reason that I mentioned “Healthy” one. So try it out and share your comments.

Furthermore, I would like to share some of my suggestions for making a perfect chocolate chip cookies. Firstly, in this recipe, I have used liquid coconut oil instead of butter. But if you want it to be rich, then add melted, cooled butter. Secondly, don’t bake it for more time. Bake it for about 12 to 14 mins or until golden brown around the edges but still a little soft in the center. Finally, rotate your baking sheet front to back about halfway through the baking time.
