Furthermore, I would like to share the health benefits of blackberries, strawberries and chia seeds. Firstly, Blackberry is deep purple in color with smooth, fragile skin. They are rich in Vitamin A and Vitamin C. They also offer the highest levels of antioxidants. Regular consumption of blackberries also protects your skin against the damaging UVA and UVB rays. It also helps in skin cell renewal.
Secondly, strawberries are delicious seasonal fruits that also boost your health. Strawberries are an excellent source of vitamins C and K as well as they provide a good dose of fiber, potassium, folic acid and manganese. Its fiber and fructose content also helps to regulate blood sugar levels
Finally, chia seeds are good sources of omega-3 fatty acids, fiber, antioxidants, iron and calcium. Just one ounce of chia seeds also provides 10 grams of fiber. It is almost half the daily recommendation for women over 50 years.

- 100g blackberries
- 150g strawberries
- 1 cup low fat yogurt
- honey as needed
- 2 tsp chia seeds Instructions
- Place blackberries, chopped strawberries, yogurt and honey into a blender, blend until smooth.
- Then add chia seeds and give a good stir by using pulse button.
- Serve in two glasses.
