Mixed Berry Fruit Popsicles

Ingredients

  • 100 grams white sugar
  • 60 ml water
  • 225 grams mixed berries
  • 1/4 cup yogurt

Instructions

  • Place the sugar and water in a saucepan and bring it to boil.
  • Let it boil for one minute or until the sugar dissolves.
  • Then remove from the heat and let cool to room temperature.
  • Wash the berries properly.
  • Cut the green parts of the strawberries and then chop them roughly.
  • Place the chopped strawberries and blueberries in the bowl of your food processor or blender and process until they are chopped.
  • Then add the sugar syrup and yogurt and process until pureed.
  • Pour the mixture into your popsicles and freeze for about 8 hours or overnight or until frozen. Enjoy!
