Mixed Berry Fruit Popsicles

Ingredients
- 100 grams white sugar
- 60 ml water
- 225 grams mixed berries
- 1/4 cup yogurt
Instructions
- Place the sugar and water in a saucepan and bring it to boil.
- Let it boil for one minute or until the sugar dissolves.
- Then remove from the heat and let cool to room temperature.
- Wash the berries properly.
- Cut the green parts of the strawberries and then chop them roughly.
- Place the chopped strawberries and blueberries in the bowl of your food processor or blender and process until they are chopped.
- Then add the sugar syrup and yogurt and process until pureed.
- Pour the mixture into your popsicles and freeze for about 8 hours or overnight or until frozen. Enjoy!
