Mixed Berry Smoothie is a delicious and healthy breakfast. It is also a quick recipe. Smoothies are also the best way to enjoy berries, whether they fresh or frozen. Furthermore, I would like to share the health benefits of mixed berries. Firstly, Blackberry is deep purple in color with smooth, fragile skin. They are rich in Vitamin A and Vitamin C. They also offer the highest levels of antioxidants. Regular consumption of blackberries also protects your skin against the damaging UVA and UVB rays. It also helps in skin cell renewal.Blueberries are especially good at protecting our brains from degeneration and stress. Blackberries and raspberries are rich in Vitamin A and Vitamin C. They also offer the highest levels of antioxidants.

Serves 2    Almonds are considered one of the best brain foods. Blue berries are especially good at protecting our brains from degeneration and stress and the mixed berries have some of the highest antioxidant levels.   1. 15 to 20 almonds
  2. 250 grams mixed berries (blueberries, red raspberries, and blackberries)
  3. 2 tbsp of white sugar or honey
  4. 200 gram plain yogurt          Instructions
  5. Soak almonds in hot water for 5 mins. then drain and wash it with cold water. Because it will help you to peel the skin easily.
  6. After removing the skin, place them in a blender and blend until coarsely.
  7. Then add all the berries, yogurt and sugar and puree until smooth.
  8. Mixed Berriy Smoothie is ready to drink.          Notes
