MIxed Berry Smoothie (Brain Food)

Ingredients
- 15 to 20 Almonds
- 250 grams Mixed Berries
- 2 tbsp White Sugar or Honey
- 200 gram Plain Yogurt
Instructions
- Soak almonds in hot water for 5 mins. then drain and wash it with cold water. Because it will help you to peel the skin easily.
- After removing the skin, place them in a blender and blend until coarsely.
- Then add all the berries, yogurt and sugar and puree until smooth.
- Mixed Berriy Smoothie is ready to drink.
- If you want it to be cold, add some ice cubes!
