Oats Chocolate Brownie Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup instant oats
  • 1/2 cup warm milk
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1/2 banana
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 25g dark chocolate
  • Handful of chopped walnuts

Preparations

  1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees C for at least 15 mins.
  2. In a bowl, add instant oats and warm milk, mix until combined. Soak for about 10 mins.

How to Bake Oats Chocolate Brownie

  1. After 10 mins, mix well and then add cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Then add chopped bananas mix well and then transfer this mixture to the blender or mixie jar.
  3. Further, add honey and blend until you get a smooth mixture.
  4. Meanwhile, grease a ramekin with butter and pour half of the batter into the ramekin and place some chopped chocolates and then add the remaining batter.
  5. Finally, garnish it with the remaining chopped chocolates and walnuts.
  6. Place the ramekin in the preheated oven and bake for 20 to 25 mins.
  7. Cool the brownie for about 15 mins before removing it from the ramekin.
