Delightful Orange Chicken Recipe with an Indian Twist
Whenever we go to Chinese restaurants, Orange Chicken is a must-have dish for us! This time, I tried to add an Indian touch to it and made some small variations to the ingredients to make it more flavorful. And, I must say, this dish turned out to be one of our family favorites!
If you are a fan of Orange Chicken, then this recipe is a must-try for you. Follow these simple steps and enjoy the deliciousness of this dish with your loved ones. Don't forget to leave your comments after trying this recipe.
Tips for Perfect Orange Chicken:
Firstly, combine all the sauce ingredients in a bowl and adjust the amount of sauces as per your taste. In this recipe, I used boneless chicken breasts. But you can also add boneless thigh pieces or even chicken drumsticks. For a healthier option, stir-fry the marinated chicken with 2 tbsp of olive oil instead of deep-frying the chicken.
The combination of tangy orange juice, sweet brown sugar, spicy red chili flakes, and minced garlic will add a big flavor to this dish. Be sure to use fresh and juicy oranges to get the perfect tangy flavor.
Finally, serve the Orange Chicken along with buttery white rice and roasted veggies or steamed broccoli to make it a complete meal.
So, what are you waiting for? Try this delicious Orange Chicken recipe with an Indian twist and enjoy the burst of flavors in your mouth!
