Shrimp Stir Fry

Ingredients
- 500g cleaned and deveined shrimps
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1&1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
- 1&1/2 tsp ginger and garlic paste
- 8 shallots
- 3 cloves
- 1 inch cinnamon stick
- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
- few curry leaves
- 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients for marination to a bowl until well combined and set it aside for 30 mins
- Meanwhile, heat a pan with oil, when the oil heats, add fennel seeds, cloves and cinnamon stick, fry until they splutter.
- Then add chopped onions and fry until browned.
- Also add ginger and garlic paste, and stir well until the raw smell goes.
- Then add marinated shrimps, stir well for one minute, then close the pan with a lid and cook it over a low heat without adding any water.
