Strawberry Banana Smoothie
Furthermore, I would like to share some of my suggestions for making a perfect strawberry banana smoothie. Firstly, in this recipe, I used fresh strawberries. But you can also use frozen berries. If the smoothie is too thick, then add some extra milk. If you feel it is thin, then add some berries. You can also add 2 tsp of chia seeds for more healthier. Finally, try to serve immediately to get all vitamins and minerals.

- 250g fresh strawberries
- 1 large sized banana, peeled
- 1 cup yogurt
- 150ml milk
- 1tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence Instructions
- Wash and cut the greens and then chop the strawberries roughly.
- Chop the banana also.
- Then place the chopped strawberries, bananas and other ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
