Strawberry Banana Smoothie

Ingredients
- 250g Fresh Strawberries
- 1 large sized, peeled Banana
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 150ml Milk
- 1tbsp Honey
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Essence
Instructions
- Wash and cut the greens and then chop the strawberries roughly.
- Chop the banana also.
- Then place the chopped strawberries, bananas and other ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve Immediately. While serving add 2 tsp of chia seeds and mix well.
