To make the perfect strawberry banana smoothie, I recommend using fresh strawberries if possible. However, if fresh berries aren't available, frozen ones work just as well. If your smoothie is too thick, simply add some extra milk to thin it out. And if it's too thin, add some more berries for a thicker consistency. For an extra boost of nutrition, try adding 2 teaspoons of chia seeds.

Strawberry Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 250g Fresh Strawberries
  • 1 large sized, peeled Banana
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 150ml Milk
  • 1tbsp Honey
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Essence

Instructions

  • Wash and cut the greens and then chop the strawberries roughly.
  • Chop the banana also.
  • Then place the chopped strawberries, bananas and other ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Serve Immediately. While serving add 2 tsp of chia seeds and mix well.
