Tips for Crystal-Clear Ice Cream: To ensure your Strawberry Ice Cream turns out perfectly, here are some valuable tips to consider:
- No Milk, No Problem: This recipe uses condensed milk instead of regular milk, which helps eliminate the formation of ice crystals. The result is a smooth and velvety texture that will leave you wanting more.
- Strawberry Prep: When adding chopped strawberries to the ice cream mixture, make sure to wash them, drain the water, and gently pat them dry with a kitchen towel. It's crucial to remove any excess moisture, as dripping water can create unwanted crystals in the final product.
