To ensure the perfect grilled salmon, there are a few tips to keep in mind. Firstly, be sure to properly clean and prepare the salmon fillets. Remove any pin bones with a pair of small needle nose pliers, and cut the fish into four equal-sized pieces.

Once you're ready to start grilling, place the marinated fish fillets on a grill pan, skin side up, and grill for 3 to 5 minutes or until grill marks appear. Then, turn the fillets over and brush with the reserved chili sauce. Continue grilling for an additional 3 minutes, turning and brushing the fillets with sauce every 3 minutes until they are glazed and cooked through.

Serve your delicious Sweet and Spicy Grilled Salmon with some veggies, and you've got a meal that's both healthy and satisfying.
