Furthermore, I would like to share some of my suggestions for perfect spicy grilled salmon. Firstly, wash properly and then remove pin bones by using a pair of small needle nose pliers. Then cut into 4 equal sized pieces. Secondly, place the marinated fish fillets on the grill pan, skin side up, and grill it for about 3 to 5 mins or until the grill marks appeared.
Then turn and brush the fillets with some of the reserved chili sauce, continue to cook the fish for another 3 mins.
Finally, every 3 mins turn and brush the fillets with the sauce, grill until the fillets are glazed and just cooked through, 13 to 15 mins.
Then remove from the pan and transfer them to the serving plate and serve them with veggies.
