We went to Dubai during the last Christmas, and the food that we got over there was bland and my husband wasn’t a big fan of that! We needed something to Spice-up our vacation! So I planned to cook this quick and easy Tangy and Spicy Chicken Steak! My husband loved the dish so much that he asked me to share it with all of you! Furthermore, chicken Breasts are considered as a must take food for people who love to workout! Because it is loaded with full of protein. So try this out and share your comments!

Furthermore, I would like to share some of my suggestions for tangy and spicy chicken steak. Firstly, I would recommend you to fry the chicken till it turns golden brown as shown in the picture. Don’t overcook. If you cook for a long time, then it will be rubbery. Finally, If the pan is too hot, then it is better to turn the heat to medium. (depending on your stove)

- 300g chicken breast pieces
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 4 garlic pods finely chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp crushed pepper
- 2 tsp red chili flakes
- 1/2 tsp dryoregano
- 1/2 tsp dry rosemary
- salt to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil For Frying
- 2 tbsp olive oil Instructions
- Clean and then cut the chicken breast pieces horizontally (from the side) into two thin slices. Then pat dry with a kitchen tissue.
- Then marinate the chicken pieces with the given ingredients until well coated and set aside for 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, heat a pan over high heat, add olive oil.
- When oil becomes hot, place the marinated chicken slices and fry them for 3 minutes for each side or until cooked through.
- Then remove from the heat.

- 1 tsp crushed pepper
- 2 tsp red chili flakes
- 1/2 tsp dry oregano
- 1/2 tsp dry rosemary
- to taste salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
