Furthermore, I would like to share some of my suggestions for making perfect whole wheat banana bread. Firstly, try to use ripened bananas. Because they are so sweet and they are easy to mash. These bananas are great for baking because they are soft enough to mash and make baked goods moist.
Secondly, in this recipe, the batter is thick and chunky. Don’t over mix the batter. Because overmixing the batter will yield tough and rubbery bread. Finally, bake the bread until bread becomes golden brown or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
