Wash chicken breast and strain them well so that no water remains and masala absorbs well into the chicken. Then cut them into 2 inches (length-wise) pieces. Add them into a wide bowl. Further, add cornflour, gram flour, rice flour, red chili powder, garam masala powder, ginger and garlic paste, salt, curd and some water.

Mix everything well, cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 min to 1 hour to help the chicken absorb all the ingredients.

Meanwhile, heat oil for frying.

When the oil heats, add the marinated chicken pieces into the oil and deep fry
them until they turn golden red on medium heat.


Stir the chicken pieces up and down while frying. Remove the fried chicken pieces from the oil. Place tissue paper on a plate and place the chicken pieces on them. Serve them with a hot cup of tea!!!
