  • 3 tbsp (divided) olive oil
  • 1&1/4 cup water
  • some (for brushing) milk

Instructions:

  • In a wide bowl, add the flour, salt, and yeast and mix until combined.
  • Then add sugar, yogurt, ghee, and oil. Gently mix everything and then add water slowly and knead until you get a soft and smooth dough. Add 1 tbsp of flour or water if needed, but the dough must remain slightly sticky.
