Peaches help to protect your eyes and keep them healthy because they contain the powerful antioxidants like lutein. Mangoes and Peaches are also a good source of dietary fiber. Peach Mango Smoothie
In this recipe, I used fresh ripe mangoes and peaches because they are the most flavorful. But you can also use canned or frozen mangoes if the fresh mangoes are not readily available in the market. Just make sure you drain and/or thaw well before pureeing. While preparing this smoothie, try to use fleshy mangoes like Alphonso and others because they don’t have the threads found in other varieties that can stick between your teeth. Furthermore, they are sweet, creamy and they also add bright color to your smoothie.

- 1 cup ripe mango chunks (fresh or frozen)
- 2 medium sized peaches (1/2 cup)
- 1 cup yogurt
- sugar to taste Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a blender jar and blend until smooth and creamy texture.
