  • 1&1/4 cup (300 ml) milk at room temperature
  • 2 tbsp (30 g) melted butter, cooled to room temperature
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

  • 2 to 3 tbsp white sugar or to taste
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
