  • 1/2 cup grated coconut
  • 2 cups of water, divided
  • sugar to taste          


  • Clean, peel and then cut the carrots in to medium size.
  • Combine the carrot pieces, grated coconut, water (1 cup) and sugar in a blender jar and blend it for about 2 mins or until pulverized.
  • Then strain the juice by using a metal strainer or muslin cloth and extract all the juice.
  • Again do the same process by adding remaining 1 cup of water.
  • Now pour the carrot coconut juice into a serving glass and serve it immediately (If you want, add some ice cubes) to get more vitamins!
