  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 3/4 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 3/4 tsp Cinnamon Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Dry Ginger Powder
  • 150 grams (3/4 cup) White Sugar
  • 2 Eggs at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup Flavorless Oil
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
