  • finely chopped garlic -1 tbsp
  • dry oregano -1 tsp
  • olive oil -1 tbsp          

For Cooking

  • butter -1 tbsp          

Instructions

  • Clean the fillet properly and then remove pin bones by using a pair of small needle nose pliers.
  • Crush the peppercorns until coarsely.
  • Then marinate the fish fillet with pepper, salt, chili flakes, lemon juice, garlic, oregano and olive oil, set it aside for 30 mins.
  • Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Then heat the baking dish with butter in an oven.
  • When the butter melts, remove it from the oven and place the marinated salmon, skin side down, then drizzle some melted butter over the fillet.
  • Then bake it for about 12 to 15 mins or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork. No need to flip the fish.
  • Now the baked Spicy Salmon Fillet is ready to eat.
  • Finally, serve it with grilled broccoli.
