This crispy pan-fried lemon honey glazed salmon is a perfect weeknight meal. It’s so easy and so simple to make. It takes less than 20 mins and it requires very few ingredients. The flour coating keeps the salmon crispy on the outside and moist on the inside making it one of the best salmon recipes when served hot! The sweet and sour sauce also adds an excellent flavor to this dish that makes your mouth water every time you cook it.

Furthermore, I would like to share some of my suggestions for making perfect lemon honey glazed salmon. Firstly, clean the salmon properly and remove the pin bones, if any. The salmon and the sweet sauce is absolutely delicious, with just a tint of spice. You can also make a lot of dishes with a base of this sauce. Not only is the simple to make for a weekend meal, but it also great for a family get-together.

Furthermore, the tang of lemon, sweet from the honey, spice from pepper and the minced garlic will add a big flavor to this dish. Finally, Serve it along with buttery white rice and roasted veggies.

  1. 3 salmon fillets
  2. 2 tbsp butter, divided
  3. 1 tbsp olive oil
  4. 3 garlic pods, minced
  5. 2&1/2 tbsp honey
  6. 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  7. salt and pepper to taste          For Seasoning
  8. 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
  9. 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  10. 1 tsp paprika powder
  11. 1/2 tsp salt
  12. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder          For garnishing
  13. some finely chopped parsely
  14. lemon slices          Instructions
  15. In a small plate, combine all the seasoning ingredients and mix well until combined.
  16. Coat salmon in the seasoning, then shaking off excess well.
  17. Heat the oil and 1 tbsp of butter in a non-stick pan over medium high heat.
  18. Once the butter is melted place the salmon fillets skin side down.
  19. Cook the fillets for 3 mins or until it is browned.
  20. Then turn the fillets and cook for another one minute.
  21. Also add the remaining butter, minced garlic and honey to the pan.
  22. Swirl the mixture around the pan as the butter melts.
  23. Simmer for 1 minute or until the mixture is caramelized and browned.
  24. Then add lemon juice, shake the pan to disperse and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  25. Then turn the fillets until the sauce coated over them.
  26. Remove the pan immediately from the heat and then transfer the fillets to the serving plate and pour the sauce over the fillets.
  27. Finally garnish it with finely chopped parsley and lemon wedges.
