Make Delicious Milk Peda in Minutes with this Easy Recipe

Milk Peda is a popular dairy dessert in India that is sure to be a hit with your kids! This sweet treat is made using sweetened condensed milk and can be prepared quickly and easily in the microwave, taking just 10 minutes. The richness of the milk makes it a healthier dessert option for your little ones.

While traditionally made with khoya or evaporated milk, our recipe uses condensed milk, yogurt, and other ingredients. Be sure to keep an eye on the mixture while cooking in the microwave to prevent overcooking. Alternatively, you can cook the mixture on the stovetop.

Here are some additional tips to make the perfect Milk Peda. Use fresh yogurt and avoid sour ones as they may cause the mixture to curdle. Adjust the cooking time as per your microwave's functions. If you don't follow the time intervals properly, the mixture may curdle and resemble milk halwa. For a chocolate twist, add cocoa powder to the mixture once it's done cooking and knead it gently.

When shaping the mixture into balls, grease your hands with ghee as the mixture can be sticky. Use microwave-safe wide glass bowls to allow the mixture to rise while cooking.

In conclusion, try out this easy and delicious Milk Peda recipe for a sweet treat that your kids will love!
