  • 1 tsp Omam/ajwain seeds

  • Water as needed
  • Oil for deep frying

Instructions:

  • Heat 2 cups of water until it starts to boil, remove from the heat and keep it aside.
  • Place 1/2 cup of fried gram/pottu kadalai/pori kadalai in the mixie jar and grind until powdered.
