- 1 medium sized onion, chopped
- few curry leaves
- 2 tsp ginger and garlic paste
- 1 medium sized tomato, chopped
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
- salt to taste
- 1 cup water
- one tablespoon finely chopped coriander leaves
