  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 medium sized onion, finely chopped
  • 2 medium sized tomatoes, roughly chopped
  • 1 cup green capsicum, cubed
  • 1 tsp ginger & garlic paste
  • 3/4 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp crushed fenugreek leaves (dry)
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp water

  • 1 tbsp fresh coriander leaves
