- 1 medium sized onion, finely chopped
- 2 medium sized tomatoes, roughly chopped
- 1 cup green capsicum, cubed
- 1 tsp ginger & garlic paste
- 3/4 tsp red chili powder
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp crushed fenugreek leaves (dry)
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp fresh coriander leaves
