Summertime is here! Watermelons are not only a refreshing fruit, it is also loaded with Vitamins A, B6 and C, lots of lycopene, antioxidants and amino acids. A few servings of berries every week also help to keep your mind sharp and ward off chronic health conditions. Just munching on a few walnuts a day can also improve our cognitive health. It’s so healthy, it’s so tasty and it is suitable for hot summer. it’s also a perfect snack to curb your craving. It is also very easy and simple to prepare because it takes only 5 mins to put together. Furthermore, I would like to share some tips how to prepare a fruit salad. Firstly, just clean and place the fruits in a bowl then add the secret ingredients mint leaves and walnuts over the fruits. finally, squeeze the lime juice and honey and toss that with the fruit. You can also add any summer fruits like kiwi, grapes, strawberries etc in this recipe.

- 4 water melon slices
- 100 g mixed berries (raspberry, blue berry and black berry)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional)
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- few leaves of mint for garnishing Instructions
- Wash and then cut the watermelon slices into 2 inch pieces.
- Then wash (2 to 3 times) all the berries properly.
- Meanwhile, take 2 serving plates and spread all the fruits evenly.
- Spread some walnuts over the fruits.
- Squeeze honey and lemon juice over the fruits.
- If you want, add more lemon juice. But be careful, as berries are already sour in taste.
- Then toss together with the fruits
- Garnish it with mint leaves.
