Brain Boosting Fruit Salad

Serves 3

Ingredients

  • 4 Watermelon slices
  • 100 g Mixed berries (raspberry, blue berry and black berry)
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice (optional)
  • 1/4 cup Walnuts
  • Few Mint leaves for garnishing

Instructions

  • Wash and then cut the watermelon slices into 2 inch pieces.
  • Then wash (2 to 3 times) all the berries properly.
  • Meanwhile, take 2 serving plates and spread all the fruits evenly.
  • Spread some walnuts over the fruits.
  • Squeeze honey and lemon juice over the fruits.
  • If you want, add more lemon juice. But be careful, as berries are already sour in taste.
  • Then toss together with the fruits.
  • Garnish it with mint leaves.
  • Tasty and healthy snack (salad) is ready to eat. Enjoy!
