Variations for Beetroot Soup Recipe
- Spicy Beetroot Soup: For a kick of heat, add a finely chopped red chili or a sprinkle of cayenne pepper to the soup. This will give it a spicy twist that will excite your taste buds.
- Creamy Beetroot Soup: To make a creamier version, add a splash of coconut milk or heavy cream to the soup after blending. This will create a rich and luxurious texture that's perfect for a cozy night in.
- Citrus Beetroot Soup: Experiment with adding a squeeze of fresh lemon or orange juice to the soup for a zesty and refreshing flavor. The citrus will brighten up the earthy beetroot and add a lovely tang.

How to Store Beetroot Soup Recipe
- Storing Raw Beetroots: To maintain the freshness of raw beetroots, store them in a cool, dark place such as the refrigerator. Keep them in a perforated plastic bag to retain moisture and prevent them from drying out.
- Preserving Tomatoes: Store tomatoes at room temperature for the best flavor and texture. If they are ripe, place them in a single layer to avoid bruising. If you need to store them for a longer period, place them in the refrigerator, but be sure to bring them back to room temperature before using them in the recipe.
- Long-lasting Vegetable Stock: Once opened, vegetable stock can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 4-5 days. If you don't plan on using it within that time, you can freeze it in an airtight container for up to 3 months. Be sure to leave some space at the top of the container for the liquid to expand as it freezes.
- Maintaining Feta Cheese Freshness: To keep feta cheese fresh, store it in its original packaging in the refrigerator. If the original packaging is not an option, tightly wrap the cheese in plastic wrap. It's best to consume feta cheese within 5-7 days of opening, but it can also be frozen for up to 3 months.
- Proper Storage of Fresh Ginger: Fresh ginger can be stored in the refrigerator for up to three weeks. If you don't plan on using it within that time, peel and store it in a jar with dry sherry or dry white wine, and refrigerate it for up to 3 months.
- Preserving Onions and Peppercorns: Store onions in a cool, dry place with good air circulation, such as a pantry. Additionally, store peppercorns in an airtight container away from direct sunlight and moisture to maintain their flavor and potency.
