Furthermore, I would like to provide some helpful tips for making the perfect coconut sweet bun. To start, be sure to use lukewarm milk (around 100 degrees F or 38 degrees C) when kneading the dough. This will activate the yeast and ensure a silky, elastic dough.
It's important not to use hot milk, as this will kill the yeast. You can also use warm water, but milk will give your bun a richer flavor. Once your dough is ready, place it in a warm spot for about 2 hours or until it has doubled in size. And if you're a vegetarian, don't worry – simply brush some milk over the dough instead of egg wash. So why not give this Coconut Sweet Bun recipe a try and let me know what you think?
