- 200 grams hung curd or greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp ginger and garlic paste
- 2 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp dry mango powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp ajwain (carom seeds)
- 1&1/2 tsp crushed kasoori methi / dried fenugreek leaves
- 1/2 tsp or as needed salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp red chili powder or paprika
