- salmon fish fillet -300 grams
- black peppercorns -1 tsp, crushed
- salt -1/2 tsp
- red chili flakes -1 tsp
- fresh lemon juice -2 tsp
- finely chopped garlic -1 tbsp
- dry oregano -1 tsp
- olive oil -1 tbsp For Cooking

- Clean the fillet properly and then remove pin bones by using a pair of small needle nose pliers.
- Crush the peppercorns until coarsely.
- Then marinate the fish fillet with pepper, salt, chili flakes, lemon juice, garlic, oregano and olive oil, set it aside for 30 mins.
- Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Then heat the baking dish with butter in an oven.
- When the butter melts, remove it from the oven and place the marinated salmon, skin side down, then drizzle some melted butter over the fillet.
- Then bake it for about 12 to 15 mins or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork. No need to flip the fish.
