Roasted masala peanuts are one of my favorite tea time snacks from my childhood days, especially while watching tv shows. Adding fresh curry leaves while frying adds a good flavor to this roasted masala peanuts. Within few minutes you can prepare this snack, especially when there is no snack at home.

Roasted Masala Peanuts (Healthy Snacks)

Ingredients
- 200 grams Peanuts
- 2&1/2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 3/4 to 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Asafoetida
- Few for garnishing Curry Leaves
Instructions
- Heat a pan with olive oil, when the oil heats, fry curry leaves until crisp and remove them from the pan, keep it aside for garnishing.
- Then add peanuts and stir fry over medium heat for about 3 to 4 mins or until they turn into golden brown.
- Then by using a perforated ladle, remove them from the pan.
- Sprinkle red chili powder, asafoetida powder and salt, mix well until well coated.
- Finally, garnish with fried curry leaves.
