Dark Chocolate Nut Balls (Brain Food)

Ingredients
- 100g dark chocolate
- 30g almonds
- 30g walnuts
- 30g pecans
- 30g pistachios
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp ghee
- for garnising sugar candies
Instructions
- Chop all the nuts into small pieces and keep it aside.
- Place the pieces of dark chocolate in a microwave bowl and microwave it on high for about 1 & 1/2 mins or until melted.
- Then combine the chopped nuts and mix well with the melted chocolate.
- Also add the powdered sugar, mix well until combined.
- Place a sheet of aluminium foil on a plate.
- Then divide the chocolate mixture in an equal parts and place them on the foil plate in half inch gap and cover the plate with cling film.
- Keep it in the refrigerator for about 20 to 25 mins or until firm.
- Grease your hand with ghee and again roll the chocolate balls.
- If it is dry, place it in the microwave for 10 seconds only and then roll it.
- If it is not firm, keep it in the refrigerator for another 10 mins. and then roll it.
- Serve immediately or store it in the refrigerator for several days.
