- 2 chicken breast pieces (300 grams)
- 1 cup mixed capsicums, diced
- 1 medium-sized onion, cubed and layers separated
- 2 tbsp olive oil
For Marination
- 2&1/2 tbsp yogurt
- 1 tsp ginger and garlic paste
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 1&1/2 tsp crushed dried fenugreek leaves
- 3/4 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt or as needed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Clean and cut the chicken breasts into medium size, then pat dry with kitchen tissues.
- In a separate wide bowl, mix together all the ingredients given under marination until incorporated.

- Also add the marinated onions and fry for another 3 mins or until they become transparent.
- Then add marinated capsicums and fry for 2 more mins or until half cooked. Don't over cook, because capsicums and onions should be crunchy.
