Furthermore, I would like to give some suggestions for making perfect chicken schezwan noodles. Firstly, cook the noodles as per instructions given in the pack or boil noodles in plenty of water until firm or 3/4 cooked. Don’t overcook. Drain the water and rinse the noodles under running water, and toss the noodles with 1or 2 tsp of oil and keep it aside. Secondly, stir-fry all the veggies and chicken over high heat for 2 to 3mins only. Because the veggies should be crunchy. Finally, adjust the schezwan sauce according to your taste. You can also add some tomato ketchup while eating to balance the heat.
To make this delicious and mouthwatering dish, you have to use schezwan sauce which I have shared the recipe in my previous post.
