  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup Italian style bread crumbs with Romano cheese
  • 1 tsp chilly paprika          

Instructions

  • Cut chicken pieces into halves and then pat dry by using tissue paper.
  • Then marinate the chicken pieces with the ingredients given under 'marination' and set it aside for 30 mins.
  • Meanwhile, preheat oven to 220 degrees C.
  • Then line a baking tray with parchment paper and lightly grease or spray it.
  • In a wide bowl mix the bread crumbs and chilly paprika until incorporated.
  • Then pour 2 tbsp of olive oil over the marinated chicken and mix well (OR) pour 2 tbsp of olive oil in a separate bowl and dip each chicken piece in the oil or until well coated.
