Grilled Chicken Kebab
These grilled chicken kebabs go very well as a starter or can be used in salad too. They are so delicious, so moist and so flavorful. They taste best when served with a mint raita or green chutney.

Furthermore, I would like to share some of my suggestions for making perfect grilled chicken kebab. Firstly, try to use boneless chicken breasts in this recipe. Because it is loaded with full of protein. But if you want thigh pieces for juicy chicken, then add boneless chicken thigh pieces.
Then, preparation for a grilled chicken kebab is not difficult, just keep in mind that, it will take two to three hours for two different marinations. The second marination is very important because it will add more flavor to this dish.
Another important thing is that don’t forget to soak the wooden skewers in water for about 15 to 20 mins. Otherwise, they will burn while grilling.
Finally, Adjust the grilling time based on your oven, keep an eye on the chicken all the time because it might get charred if you overcook it!
