How To Make Eggless Apple Cake?

If you're looking to whip up a delicious and moist eggless apple cake, you've come to the right place. Follow these simple steps to create a flavorful and aromatic apple cake that will surely impress your friends and family.

  • First, preheat your oven to 180 degrees C and prepare a 6" inch cake tin by greasing it with oil and lining the bottom with parchment paper. This step is crucial in ensuring that your cake comes out of the tin easily without sticking.
  • Next, combine the dry ingredients by sieving the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon powder. This step is important for ensuring that the dry ingredients are well mixed and free of any lumps.
  • Then, prepare the apple sauce by cooking grated apple and sugar over medium heat until it reaches a sauce-like consistency. This step is essential for infusing the cake with the sweet and tangy flavor of the apples.
  • Once the apple sauce has cooled, mix it with olive oil and milk in a wide bowl. Gradually add the dry ingredients and remaining milk to create a smooth batter. Adding the lemon juice and chopped walnuts at the end will elevate the flavor and texture of the cake.
  • Finally, pour the batter into the prepared cake tin and bake it for 40 to 45 minutes. The toothpick test is crucial here - if it comes out clean, your cake is ready. Allowing the cake to cool before slicing and serving will ensure a perfect texture and maximum enjoyment.
